Ryan is currently a Licensed Professional Counselor in Illinois. Ryan graduated from the Adler School of Professional Psychology, currently, the Adler University with a Master’s degree in the Art of Counseling and he also obtained a specialization in Sport, Exercise, and Health Psychology.
Ryan has worked in a variety of counseling settings including; a Division I University athletic department, a community mental health program, a private practice, and a residential substance abuse facility. Ryan provides short term and long term therapy to adolescents, teens, and adults going through emotional and behavioral concerns, anxiety, depression, life transitions, substance abuse, and trauma.
Sport and Performance Psychology Services
Athletes of all ages and talent levels can experience fluctuations in performance because of injuries, personal life concerns, and pressures to be “the best.” Ryan has experience working with a variety of athletes, individually and team-based, to help address the athletes’ identified needs. Based upon Ryan’s other experiences, he is also prepared to provide information and support services to family members, coaches, and other key staff that work with athletes to help everyone return to their own competitive state.
