I am a master’s level counseling intern in my third year of the Clinical Mental Health Counseling master’s program at National Louis University. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process built on trust, authenticity, and compassion. As I work toward full licensure, my goal is to provide a welcoming environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
My counseling style is grounded in Person-Centered Therapy while incorporating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I enjoy working collaboratively with clients to identify their strengths, develop practical coping skills, and foster lasting emotional well-being.
