Liv Nortillo-Clark, LSW, MSW

Liv is a passionate, empathetic, and affirming therapist who seeks to aid individuals as they navigate the wide range and variety of challenges that life throws at people. Liv’s primary experience involves working with adolescents and adults experiencing mental health crises, emotional distress, anxiety, depression, anger, ADHD, ASD, grief, recovery from trauma, adjustment issues, self-esteem issues, interpersonal conflicts, complex family dynamics, and career counseling. Liv also works with children and tailors her approach to meet the needs of each individual. Her goal is to create a safe, calm, and supportive environment where clients of diverse backgrounds feel free to be themselves and work through their challenges.

As a member of the neurodivergent community, Liv has a unique lens into the lived experiences of children, teens, and adults trying to navigate a world that was not built with neurodivergent brains and nervous systems in mind. Liv’s approach is trauma-informed, and she uses a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to meet each person where they’re at in their therapeutic journey.
