Charles A. Vorderer is a psychometrician and trained mediator. As a veteran police officer with an extensive background in psychology, Charles has experience working with children and adults of all ages, backgrounds, and circumstances. He provides a comfortable atmosphere for his clients.
Charles provides psychological and neurological testing to individuals who are looking to assess possible needs. Such needs may include, but are not limited to, ADHD, oppositional defiant disorder, depression, anxiety, dyslexia, achievement skills, autism, and career development. Testing is a very important component when it comes to proper treatment.
The process includes an introductory consultation, assessment phase, and a feedback session.
Mediation is a voluntary process to help two parties reach an amicable and agreeable outcome while avoiding the extreme costs of arbitration and/or litigation while maintaining confidentiality.
Charles is a fair, alert, and patient mediator. His goal is to help the parties in conflict find resolution in a swift, tactful manner. He is objective and perseveres until an agreeable outcome is reached. His background in policing and knowledge of law provide him with an excellent basis for dispute and conflict resolution in an unbiased and impartial manner.
