Education and experience
Allison Foshee earned her MA from Argosy University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She draws on a variety of evidence-based techniques to provide therapy that meets each client’s unique, individual needs, including Cognitive-Behavioral-Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques. Drawing on her background in art, Allison also uses art-therapy and play-therapy, especially with younger clients. Allison is also certified in Domestic Violence training.
